Q: Is the paint included in the cost?

A: Yes, unless stated otherwise, paint is always included.

Q: Is Sharp Lines Painting insured?

A: Yes, we are insured for liability (2M) and WorkSafeBC

Q: Can you guys do a day rate instead of lump sum?

A: Yes, we can charge you by day instead of a whole project sum.

Q: How long will it take?
A: Painting is a finishing trade so we want to ensure you get a non-rushed, quality finish. That being said most projects can be done in under 1 week.

Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: All work is guaranteed, if paint failure outside of normal wear & tear, weather related deterioration appears, we will come and correct it.

Q: Are contracts legally binding?

A: Yes, they are legally binding.

​

Q: What is the soonest you can start?

A: We are a large company with multiple crews, so we can usually accommodate projects that need to start ASAP. That being said, it doesn't hurt to book in advance to guarantee availability!

Q: When can I paint exterior?

A: Exteriors are subject to weather, we recommend April 1-October 20th.

Q: Can you price match other quotes?

A: If you can forward a copy from the competitor and they are a reputable company, yes.
